Job Description and Standards:

  • Reports to Service Manager
  • Contact service customers through phone to remind vehicle due for maintenance through Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS) and follow-up reminder for Job Recommendation and promote Service Department Promos
  • Conduct s an efficient telemarketing procedure to ensure that target U.R. and Average Invoice are met
  • Ensure service U.R. appointment Target per day
  • Contacts customers who did not show up for appointment for rescheduling
  • Ensures that customers with recommended repairs and customers for PMS are contacted with 100% achievement
  • Give accurate estimates for PMS and Job Recommendation
  • Keep oneself abreast with the latest products and latest promos for proper information release to customers
  • Prepare telemarketing report to be submitted on a monthly basis
  • Maintains an efficient record of service customer database and ensures that these are kept confidential and released to authorized personnel only
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner while representing the company while conducting calls to client
  • Attends to inquiries and complaints as needed
  • Coordinates with service and Customer Relations Department for major complaints received
  • Submit to distributor monthly summary report of PMS and Job Recommendation
  • Assists in the service reception when the need arises (only to ensure that customers are attended to and not to prepare R.O.
  • Practice to observe 5s in the work area at all times
  • Observes Company policies, rules and regulations
  • Attendance in above average
