Job Description and Standards:

  • Reports to BRP Head/ Service Manager.
  • Prepares estimates, Repair Orders and checklists for collision repairs for in-house insurance customers.
  • Collates required documents for claims and repairs.
  • Coordinates with in-house insurance for release of Letter of Authority.
  • Coordinates with BP Warehouse Supervisor for progress/updates/completion of repairs.
  • Updates customers for the status of the repairs of their units and for other required documents and additional repairs that maybe necessary.
  • Conducts own Quality Inspection on units turned over by BP Shop.
  • Ensures that finished unit, including documents for customer signature are ready prior to the customers’ arrival and observes NSSW standards in unit turn over to the customers.
  • All transactions are virtuous and unadulterated.
  • Brings and pick-up unit/s to and from the BP shop when necessary.
  • Prepare/update weekly report to be submitted with no incidence of delay.
  • Attends to customer inquiries and complaints with efficiency.
  • Assist other SAs (BP or GJ) when the need arises.
  • Maintains own monitoring system to monitor progress of documents and repair completion.
  • Ensures that all required reports are submitted with no incidence of delay.
  • Observes 5S in the work area at all times.
  • Observes Company policy, rules and regulations standard operating procedure.
  • Attendance is outstanding.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned.
