Job Description and Standards:

  • Reports to BP Manager/ Service Manager.
  • Analyzes market potential area of assignment.
  • Visits insurance company and solicits collisions repair.
  • Develops new and maintains old accounts. Create at least one (1) new account every quarter.
  • Plans and schedules appointments and accomplishes daily reports. Develops a well-planned itinerary for a more efficient and productive sales calls.
  • Coordinates with the service department the schedules of units for collisions repair.
  • Handles, prepares and ensures completeness of documents necessary for the insurance claims of customer with 100 % accuracy and efficiency.
  • Arranges handover of finished units to customers. Handles complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer.
  • CSI standards are practiced at all times, ensuring excellent rate
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • All transactions and virtuous and unadulterated.
  • Produces two (2) estimates per day.
  • Achieves a monthly target sale of at least P 450,000.00.
  • 100 % efficiency and accuracy in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports submitted to superiors with 0 incidence of delays.
  • 100 % efficiency in customer and complaints handling and practices the required Dealer Process Review (DPR) mandated by the plant/manufacturer.
  • Practices and promotes in the work area 100 % of the time.
  • Attendance is above average.
  • Supervises marketing asst. of south area.
  • Monitors marketing sales of south area.
  • Assist M.A’s (account) to following accounts to Ins. Company.
  • Conducts at least once a month meeting to M.A’s to resolve/settle existing problems.
  • Visits each area at least once a week.
  • Conducts insurance and fleet visitation on each area at least once a week.
